Cancellation of contract
I requested the cancellation of my contract and conversion to prepaid on 2015-10-19 via e-mail, received confirmation Incident: ***, followed up on 2015-10-28 Incident: *** and on 2015-11-17 Incident: ***, with only response received on Incident: *** today stating \shall be cancelled on the 20/12/2015". This is not acceptable"
