cancellation of contract

Worst decision I made was taking cellphone contract through them. Spoke to 4 different consultants,one from client care and three from retentions. All three retentions consultants advised me of different info regarding my cancellation,i have spent over hours and hours on hold and line cutting and having to call in again, funny part is i'm a retentions consultant for an insurer and i know procedures even though it may differ according to companies but the service gotten from them, you'd swear they don't want you to cancel or they don't know how to go about cancelling the contract. I'll keep writing reviews about them until i have my contract cancelled. Next review,i'll mention all the consultants i spoke to and their poor service...
