Cancellation of Contract

I have tried 5 times to cancel a cell phone contract which expired at the end of the month, every time there is some kind of lame excuse from CELL C's side and do not let them try and put you through to the retention department, the call simply, magically drops everytime! I have sent an email to them as well, no one even bothered to get back to me, and guess what, they took off the debit order at the end of March again! - Well, surprise... I have now cancelled the debit order CELL C! I am sure to get a response now haha?? <br> Sooooo fed up with the poor service and reception from CELL C!!!
