CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT!!!!

I have called cell 4 times in the past month to cancel my contract, they transfer me to a line that cuts off and provides me with a number for cancellations that say it does not exist. The agent says that when they recieve a large number of calls the recording automatically goes on as it does not exist , which does not make sense! It seems that cell c does not want customers to cancel their contracts and keep on deducting the installment. Please cancel my contract with Immediate effect!
