CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT.

I have been trying to cancel my contract with Cel C , before I can get to retentions department Iam being sent through a whole bunch of agents trying to get me to upgrade , and I am not interested . I JUST WANT TO CANCEL , they keep advising that a note is being put on the system and only to find out im being billed a month-to-month CONTRACT fee now . THIS IS ******* , I need the contract cancelled IMMEDIATELY and the number converted to prepaid.
