CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

Dear Cell C

Please cancel the Debit order from my account, as my contract ended in January 2017.

I did call in July to cancel it, but still to date there is deductions from Cell C reflecting in my account. The debit order of R155.08 on the 24/11/2017 is for what?

I am even attaching the proof that I communicated with Cell C, and even if you check on your system my contract expired Jan, and I had called July to cancel it. PLEASE STOP AS YOU WONT EVEN REFUND ME MY MONEY BACK.

PLEASE STOP ALL THIS BECAUSE I DIDNT SIGN FOR IT, YOU WILL MAKE MY CREDIT RECORD LOOK BAD.
