cancellation of contract

Cell C is quick to mark you bad on credit score and make sure your name is in bad reference , i paid for a contract that is blocked after 2 months of using the contract almost lost my job because i couldn't receive call or make calls after that I stoped paying the account for a few months. A few weeks ago I called Retentions department asking a settlement it took cellc 2 week to give me a settlement I paid the settlement and emailed the proof of payment celled to ask for confirmation of cancellation of the contract getting hold of the legal / or collection department no one is responding or pick up there phone you holding on for hours and looks like this apartment does not even exist at all.
