cancellation of contract

My id is ***, I took a contract with cellc n the agent cross sold me an ipad which I wasn't happy with and I return it,it took cellc months to cancel the contract n refund me, however I'm still been debited for the data sim every month.i need this sim to be cancelled and to be refunded all my debits.
