cancellation of contract

Good afternoon <br> <br> I need assistance. I cancelled one of my contracts with cell c because i took out a new contract beggining of January. I confirmed with the consultants that the previous contract was cancelled and that i would not be charged for that cancelled contract at month end. The consultants confirmed that i would not be charged again, hoeever on the 29th Jan my acc was debited for that cancelled contract. I called them and was transferred from one department to another with no assistance at all. I send emails and the people who is suppose to assist ( the retensions department) never responded to my email or phoned me back. I am at my wits end as i need this contract cancelled to avoid me paying again for the same thing.<br> <br> Please assist urgently.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> <br> Virginia
