Cancellation of Cell C Data contract
I am nearing the end of my Data contract and want to give notice of cancellation however the contact number (084 135 and 084 145) provided by call center agents and Cell C website to call the cancellation department is not in service.
Please provide me with a reachable contact number or email address that I can submit a cancellation letter.

Herewith receive my formal written notice to cancel my cell C data contract (ID: ***). A few days ago I received a call from a call center agent informing me of a upgrade that is available however I stated that I wanted to rather cancel the contract due to personal preference. I was then informed to contact the cancellation department at 084135 by the 04 March 2021.
I didn't want to contract to extend another month hence me being as proactive to submit this cancellation letter soonest.
Thank you for the prompt response and hoping to get some more favorable feedback.
