Cancellation of application

<p>To whom it may concern, I have now spent 3 days trying to cancel the online application for a new line, yesterday alone I phoned Cell C customer services 8 times speaking to different consultants in different departments and nobody knows who I need to speak to, the main concern is that I have not even completed the appliation yet but my bank was already debited with the first months installment </p>
