Cancellation of 2nd cell c line

So I call cell c customer service to cancel my 2nd line. The customer agent tells me she would connect me to the correct department and also provides the number for cancellations, 084 143 option 2, also states that they are option from 8am to 8pm. She connects me but I get a message strating that I called after after hours and their hours are 8am to 6pm. Cell c needs to get their message correct before conveying to customers!
