Cancellation Notice of Cell C Fibre - Ignored!

I sent an email 2 days ago to cell c fibre, requesting the cancellation of my service. I have not received any confirmation email as of yet. I received a call and then was being transferred to the cancellation department, but the person then cut the line when they were supposed to transfer my call. I tried phoning the cell c fibre, but nobody was answering and I was holding on for a lifetime.

I want my line to be cancelled, as I don't want to be paying cell c in February.
