Cancellation not processed, debit order taken off

Cancelled my contract in end of March one month in advance, last payment was supposed to be 1st of April 2018, you took the debit order off 1st May yesterday still. I asked for email confirmation the 1st time I cancelled and then again when I phoned for a second time, still not received. I have reversed the amount taken off yesterday and cancelled the stop order. Send me cancellation confirmation and sort it out your side ASAP.

The amount that was taken off yesterday was your last debit as your migration was effective on the 27th of April 2018. Please refer to the email sent on the 05th of April by Danielle.

Another 2 debit orders taken off and still no cancellation confirmation. I have reversed the 2 amounts. Send me a proper confirmation ASAP as well as the debit order cancellation confirmation. No assistance whatsoever from Danielle Abrahams - Social Media Consultant, who I have emailed on a number of occasions with no response. Sort it out and STOP taking money out of my account!
