Cancellation not actioned- Refusing to Reverse Charges

<p>i have 2 contract phones with CellC. The last payment on my first contract the ********** no was in November 2015 ( 2 Year Contract). I called Cell C with my 062 440 to request for a cancellation after my last payment coz i dont wana continue with the contract. i lost the ********** phone around April 2015, u can even check i havent been using that simcard. the last time i used it was the time it got lost, i hv been paying it coz my phone wasnt insured . i just called Cell C customer care and they confirmed the billing is still running on that phone and they wont be able to do the reversals. how can i keep paying for something im not using, does it make sense to you? i also requested to cancel Get More in December 2016 and my request was not actioned. im not happy with your services at all.
