Cancellation nightmare !! I just want out !

I cancelled my contracts at the beginning of March but I'm being told i must pay for May .. Cell C was giving you guys my banking details a mistake, now you think you can debit even when my services are cancelled?? I did not ask for my services to be cancelled end of April, I said end of March because that's when my contracts ends *sigh*. I've been waiting for a call retrieval since Friday and someone call me this morning saying they will request 1, but I was told it was done already... I don't have money for a billboard that will express my disappointment of Cell C but if I did the N3 to Durban would have 1 on every pillar from jhb to F#@kn Balito.
