CANCELLATION NIGHTMARE

We cancelled our contract on time, but they kept on saying they want to phone us first before the contract can be cancelled. They then phoned the nr that we are not using anymore, but never tried the other nr that is on the same contract when they did not get a reply on the other one. We kept on sending them the cancellation letter over and over again, but they would just say no one responded to their call. We then stopped the debit order, because it is ridiculous. Why would they keep on saying they want to talk to us, when our contract is over and we have every right to cancel. Now a year later, they have handed us over!! And we keep on sending them all the proof that we cancelled on time.
