Cancellation Nightmare!!!!
Cancellation Nightmare!!!! So I received a free data sim when I took up CellC's fibre package in 2017 which I never used. So 1 year is up and I want to cancel the data sim but good Lord, CellC made this experience very painful! So apparently I failed their security questions, HOW? Well, because they didn't bother using the information filled in on the form when I took up their subscription. Instead, they chose to use details from lord knows when, because apparently I dont know my surname, address and where I wor****!!
I got married 6 years ago, and now I wonder why they feel the need to ask for you proof of res, ID and complete a subscriber agreement form but not use the information???? Really?!! Get you house in order! This whole circus performance I had to do is enough to get me to cancel everything I have with them.
