Cancellation mess ip
Unhappy customer. Called to cancel 4G. *** Gave a months notice, apparently wrong contract cancelled so I've been paying and not having usage of service. This apparently relates to a contract cancelled in Nov 2019.It has app been cancelled. Havent' received confirmation. Not fair that I should be billed for something that was not correctly done.
