cancellation issue

i am so frustrated, with the cancellation process been trying to cancel my cell c contract for the past 2 weeks with no luck i called 084 143 AS STATED IN YOUR SMS only to find the number does not exist, i then called the 084 145 number and i spoke to several consultants with different versions on how i should cancel it the first two said i should call the 084 143 or send a email to *** which does not exist then the next two try to put me through to the 084 143 number and then i was told that the correct email address is ***

i have been a cell c customer for the past 4 years and i have never expected to get such service

please can you treat this matter as urgent.
