Cancellation impossible

<p>I have been trying to cancel my cell c contract for a while. I have contacted the call center atleast once a month to confirm that it is noted to be cancelled. But wow my 24 month contract is expired yet a 25th month debit order went off... I call the call center AGAIN as two "upgrade" agents contacted me and "noted" the cancellation... Apparently it was never placed on the system to cancel my expired contract... So he apparently does that. Not even 2 hours after that was done I get a call from a third "upgrade" agent! I eventually get to speak to a manager who blames it on me that the contract was not cancelled and I have to pay month 26 on two contracts... Yet I have spoken to atleast 6 agents who "cancelled" these contracts! NEVER trust Cell****!!! Worst cellular provider ever! *****s your money and looks for a way not to get out of a expired contract!!!</p>
