Cancellation fees incorrectly charged and no one is assisting.

Hi There

on the 05 March 2018 i made the following cancellation fee to Cell C Account R2699.25 to cancel Cell Number 074 685 888X R3789.13 to cancel Cell Number 061 204 388X

on 06 April 2018 i received a statement with amount due of Over R8000.00 and im charged Cancellation fee again on Both numbers.

Im told to wait for 2 Working days while you are investigating this issue.

I need this cancellation fees reversed since this amounts are already paid in March.

I Need debit Order cancelled on my account because this is ******* you are doing. What Happened to this payments????
