Cancellation fee debited every month

Cell C is a nightmare .I cancelled my contract with Cell C in October and I paid them the cancellation fee .From November ,Cell C is debiting a cancellation fee of R1700+ and I logged calls for this and never received any feedback from them .I've asked them many times why should I pay double for the cancellation fee and they don't have an explanation for this .I always call then but fail to get this issue resolved .Cell C doesn't care and they service is poor .I spoke to millions of agents but no even one person came back to me or even called me back as they promised to .I'm really disappointed with Cell C and I've never experience such service in my life .<br> I'm worried about my credit report and I know Cell C cares less .<br> May I please have this issue resolved and may I also have a letter that everything is paid up .<br> Nombuso Tshabala <br> ***<br> Contract Number -***<br> Email : ***
