Cancellation due
I’m very irritated about the service I am getting with cell C cancellation. I called to cancelled my contact 2November last year, which was supposed to end in December, I spoke to a consultant by the name of Khosi an she promised that she processed the cancellation but it’s april and I’m still being debited, I called more than 20times and they keep telling me that they can’t do nothing, the last person I spoke to is Clief. Can you assist please

19 Apr 2018, 11:45Hi, My issue is still not resolved after Cellc called me to get the store number I was calling from. I went to the store an the number I used to call from that store to cancel is(084) ********** which I used to cancel the contract November 2017. After the reversal of money the debited on the 1st of April they went debited me again on the 14th of this month which they told me they won’t debit my account an will refund me. Can you assist
