Cancellation department on permanent leave !

I have been trying for a week now to give notice on a contract which is up for upgrade or renewal. I am told to contact 084 143 and option 2. All it does it puts you back on this loop from 1 cell c consultant to the next you never reach this retention / cancellation department. If you want someone to reach you to upgrade they can contact you within second to cancel it they ensure you never reach that department so they can continue to bill you!!!

Option 2 only gives you options for New contract to check status, upgrade, fibre to the home and info on contract (which cuts when selecting option 4).

Very pathetic - tried sending them email to advise and never got a response there either.

Good day,

We are still awaiting a phone call - I have spent the last 20 minutes to your call center (7 different call center agents) and I am still no closer to giving you notice to cancel my contract due for upgrade. I have voiced my dismay on this platform - your call center - on email. And with no luck at all - I am now at this point where I am no longer going to make an effort. I promise you this I am keeping this as record for when you start debiting my account on a contract I have tried to cancel numerous time but the fault thereof rests on the shoulders of Cell C.

This is not just bad Customers Service there is none at all - SHOCKING.
