CANCELLATION CONTRACT

I had a contract with Cell C for data which expired on the 05July2020. I called way in advance to confirm that i will not be renewing and i called after the 5th to confirm the cancellation and indeed the agent that i spoke to confirmed the the contract has been canceled. So i was told that they will still load the benefits from 01.07.2020 to 05.07.2020 which was for 5 days. Thier invoice for this 5 days is going to be available only in August how slow can they be?? I wanted to pay everything end of July but CellC we will do it your way! I have read complaints and even told your agents that a lot of people are cursing the day they took contracts with CellC because after contracts have expired and cancelled Cellc will debit peopple's accounts. I am watching this with a close eye SHOULD YOU DEBIT MY ACCOUNT BEYOND AUGUST THEY WILL BE HELL TO PAY!!! We know the company is going through financial struggles LIQUIDATE if you have to, but stop frustrating innocent people who have kept their end of the deal!! Close this useless company we are not here to help your financial problems. I am vey much interested in the prorated invoice i bet it will be a shocking amount for a 5 days data, thats how desparate and filthy this Cellc is. I dont know how i landed to them but they are headache to deal with i could not wait for the 2 years to ome to an end!
