Cancellation and No Refund

Good Day<br> <br> I have been battling since last year to have money refunded to me.<br> <br> I had taken over the contract from my mothers name and the account had been over paid of about R350 - R400 I have sent numerous emails requesting the money to be refunded yet nothing has happened.<br> <br> the last email I received was from Tshepiso stating they would respond in two working days that was on the 01 NOVEMBER 2014. it has now been almost 8 months.<br> <br> Please can I have a response as I see this as theft?!<br> <br> KInd Regards
