Cancellation and missing data

I had a contract with CellC and I have tried many times to cancel and stop CellC from debiting from my account. I have tried calling 084135 which they say it’s they customer care number but I don’t seem to get help. Last week on the 11/08/2021 @ 09:58 I went to the nearest CellC store to seek help but even there nobody assisted me. I then call d and spoke to a lady called Lebo who said she has lodged a complaint and gave me a reference number and told me that I will be contacted in the next 2 to 3 working days but till today nobody from CellC has contacted me. Today the 16/08/2021 @14:56 I called again as a worried customer and Nqobile couldn’t assist me but told me to call again tomorrow morning cause she can’t help me with anything. I am very disappointed with the service that I’m getting from CellC. My data was taken away by CellC and CellC is still debiting from my account.
