Cancellation

One of the people at Cellc Called me and advised me in February or March that my contract is in for upgrade and if I would like the upgrade. I advised them that no I dont want a upgrade but I want them to cancel the whole contract.<br> <br> Since then every month they still deducting. It would have been a different situation if I didnt advise them that It should be cancelled but I need that money back.
