Cancellation

<p>My nme is Mpho last year in December i was contacted by a cell c consultant (JOSE) from the upgrade department, and he told me about the promotion that they are currently running. Where you get a 2GB of data for R259 and it's a top, and you can cancel it anytime because is a month to month contract and i even asked him that if i'm not happy can i cancel he's response was certainly sure you can anytime they won't give any issues. I was contacted a week ago because of the outstanding amount which i need to pay and i asked the consultant that i want to cancel the contract and i was told that i can cannot cancel because its a 24 months contract. I want to cancel the contract because cell c its useless if your owing you can't even make call i mean how will you pay back the outstanding amount without making calls, i mean im using the phone to make business calls.</p> <p> </p> <p>My contract must be cancelled and i don't want to hear anything about cell c.</p>
