I cannot be sending complains every month to the same company honestly. You guys give ****y service you never disappoint on that department

05 Apr 2019, 15:04Your company never disappoints in giving bad client service,I cancelled my contract and I was still billed and Palesa and her Team leader reassured me that it will be sorted out. Two weeks later it is still not sorted out and when I phone for feedback they promise to call me back and never do. Today I called again spoke to Rosey and wanted to speak to the team leader and told me she cant call the team leader if she doesn't know why I want the team leader. Eventually she placed my call on hold and went to call the team leader. Brian the team leader refused to talk to me. I would not recommend cell c to anyone. Done with cellc
