Cancellation

What is this company up too, I cancelled my contract on the 11 of the July for 3 October Im disgusted in the service I received an confirmation it was cancelled, I was **** to by a cell c operator who told me account is paid in arrers thats why I was billed end September opened a statement yesterday for 1 to end October, why is cell c *****ing from cleints and being dishonest I have called in excess of 7 times, when will this issue be sorted?????? what terrible service!!!!
