Cancellation

I called cell c on the 31-7-2017 to cancel my contract I spoke to mlungisi makhubu he explained it will be cancelled he will send me a sms with the banking details I never made payment however the debit order went off I got a call from Levern Morois (she called in the debit date to offer me a new contract)i explained I do not want a new contract she forced I got rude then she said she is not in the retention department and dropped the call on me.I called in again spoke to Syabulela Manyhaanyhaa explained this contract was supposed to be cancelled r269 was debited and why not the r149 what Mlungisi Syabulela said Mlungisi is not at work but il tell him to call you I said fine few days passed no call so I called in again spoke to Nandi mate she seemed like she want to assisted said she was going to log a case to Mlungisi team leader to contact me that was on a Friday I waited called in Tuesday spoke to Refilwe matlhdi I said to her want to speak to a team leader told me I CANT reason high call volumes after arguing she logged another call she gave me the cases number ********** 744 she said her supervisor will call me his name Brain Tuniyisa up to date no one has called me.I HAD TWO CONTRACT WITH CELL C I WILL NEVER EVER OPEN ONE AGAIN IF THEY STAFF IS SO ***********.
