Canceling my cell C contract

To whom it may concern. Please assist with cancelling my fibre contract as I am not able to get any assistance from emailing. I completely understand that this is a money making scheme, as it is extremely easy to open a account but near impossible to cancel it. We have been using cell c for more than a year for our fibre ISP. The download speed is excellent but the ping (even to south african servers) is far worse than the competition. Unfortunately this will not work for us as ping is essential. We are ready to change to a provider better suited for our needs and I would like to have this canceled as of end of Febuary.

Please can anyone at cell c assist me with this
