Canceled my contract with no reason

I was a prepaid customer with CellC for quite some time and in September decided to change my line to a 3GB data contract line with the freedom to load prepaid money to make calls. I went in to the CellC Shop in Menlyn who assisted me with this. <br> <br> On 7 December CellC abruptly and without ANY request from my side completely stopped the contract as well as my number. People calling me reported a message that said \this number does not exist". Yesterday I went in to Cell Menlyn and personally witnessed the sales agents make about 4 or 5 calls to \""retentions\"" and \""tradepartner\"" with no explanation as to why this was done. They were personally mystified as there is absolutely no record of me requesting this cancellation and neither department could assist them. After about 1.5 hours they were eventually able to get my number back to prepaid"
