Canceled Contract but still being debited

Cell Is the worst and *****. I had a contract that ended in May but they still debiting my account , after I had declined an upgrade . A consultant assured me debit order was gonna be stopped but no . I have called . Sent email . Sent messages on Facebook but no one is helping . Stop *****ing our money . We living in hard times as is with this pandemic to have riches like your company *****ing from the poor .
