We've been trying to blacklist a prepaid SIM card in order to get an ITC number for a week now and no joy from cellc walk in center Festival Mall or their contact center... The device was ****** with the sim card in the device, last week they said I failed the security questions (bear in mind the answers to these questions are on the ****** device) this week they saying the sim card was not used in the ****** device 😡😡 and they were unable to get hold of me 😤 how would they if they where using the number of the ****** device in stead of the alternate number quoted

You keep trying to get hold of us on a number that we are trying to blacklist because the device has been ****** and you are not contacting us on the alternate number which we provided. What more can I do???
