Cancelations not being processed
I've been with cell C for years, but am not happy with this Getmore thing that I never used. I called them (get more) last month to cancel that subscription, I was told I'd pay for it even if I didn't use it on the debit date which is on the 20 Oct. I accepted the cancelation request was made. I didn't expect to see it still lingering on my account till now. I also canceled my mobile insurance last month before the due sate and paid again for it last month. My debit order is in fact more than last month

20 Nov 2024, 07:32This morning I called the Getmore number again and was told the thing charged me for another month since the cancelation in October, when I called cell C to check why my premium went higher I told that Getmore included some other fees that were not there last month. Getmore is a **** people! Don't ever fall for their trickery. They never disclose the terms and conditions or any other additional fees. I also learned last month that the cool off period is 7days instead of a month. These people lie and someone has to do something about it.
