Cancelation Struggle

I am extremely dissatisfied with Cell C cancelations department as well as their customer service department. I have called numerous times to have my contract canceled in November 2020 to my surprise they never processed the cancelation and the bill continued running but with no debit order. Months later I received calls from collections and I had the pay the arears amounts eventually because now it's reflected on my credit record I have made payment and sent the email to their collections department with no response or settlement later it has been 6 months and no luck I'm honestly just so ****ed off at this moment as no matter how many times I call nobody is able to help me and they keep giving me the same damn number. I will never do business with them again
