Cancelation of my assist thing from cell c
Its been weeks now trying to cancel this thing MY assist thing and the last time I spoke to the lady said she was Nonhlanhla and she refused to give me call reference number she said i must use her name as reference pls assist my to cancel this thing they debit my money every month on the 15 im tired of this thing

Please see below response from Mi-Assist:
" Please note that the service has terms and condition, One of the T&C stated that we do not allow cancellation with the first 3 months. The service was activated in 09 May 2019,meaning are still under the terms and condition. The service will be removed end of August 2019"
