Cancelation of Get more for over 4 months not yet processed
I called the in August requesting to cancel te Get more, I was informed that someone will call me regarding my cancelation we are now in December and they are still taking my money. I have spoken to a manager and ashe said that my cancelation is not yet processed. This was in November. From August untill now no one called me and I keep 'n getting the same story that my cancelation is not yet processed.
I want all my money back from August. If this is not cancelled immediate I will stop paying Call ce untill they cancel this Get more and pay my money back

27 Dec 2024, 07:56It is funny how Cell C now tried to contact me after 3 months that I called in requesting updates on my cancelation and was only told it is not yet processed. Now that I reported you now u get any action from Cell c. This is not acceptable. I called I 2 requesting that cell c stick to our debit order agreement and gess what again it was disrespected and cell C deducted my money. Best of all i agreed on a 299 agount and cell C desided a mont after they advertised the 299 that they want to do a increase to 309 and the client have to pay once of 409. On a 299 contract. According me this is contract break
