Cancelation of contracts

Horrible experience regarding cancelation of contracts. I have requested numerous times since November 2020 for my contracts to be canceled. To no avail. I have phoned many times, each time no cancelation request was logged on my account. Sent numerous emails but no response. Revered debit orders due to asking for cancelation, now they start taking action, but only to their own benefit.
