Cancelation of contract and refund.

Please note that i have 2 contract with Cell C, one is data other one is phone. During Nov 2025 I called Cell C to enquiry about amount that was debited during Oct & Nov 2025. Explanation was not cleared because they mentioned a clause that is not even on the contract. mid Nov 2025 i called cell c again to cancel data contract, nothing happened. Dec they billed, i reversed because the amount was not part of the deal. Mid Jan 2026 accounts were suspended without a communication, end of Jan 2026 they debited. On the 2nd of Feb 2026, i called cell c they confirmed that data contract is terminated , i should send a bank statement for Dec2025 & Jan 2026 for a refund. Statement was sent on the 10th Feb and 24th Feb 2026, on the 28 Feb 2026 i received a call saying cell c dispute the refund saying I've used data for the contract that they failed to cancel on time. They also billed me again for the contract that I've cancelled since Nov 2025, they said it was cancelled late. The matter has been dragging too long.
