Cancelation of contract

Hi im ntombi. I have a problem with cell c contract that i received on 02 July 2020. The lady who sold to me this contract Simphiwe told me that, the deduction will be procesed end of August 2020,but on 06 July 2020 night. Cell c deducted R306.57. I phoned cell c to asked that this money is for what ?but no one knows. They promised to phoned me . On the 08 July 2020 i phoned again found a lady at finance she told me that cellc was just checking my account and reversed my money on the same day. I yold her that on my side no reverse done. She told me to go and reverse at my Bank. I reversed that money on 2020 July 10. Cell c block my account without even informing me about that. When i asked then ghey just told me to pay that money my name is at ***** now. I asked then that is for what this money. They said is pro- Rata plus montly installment how came cell c deducted monthly installment within 3day. I need your assistance to cancel this contract im not happy with there service. My keep on giving me a different stories . They keep on demanding that money until i paid on 22 July 2020 and email to them proof of payment,they promised to open my account and log a complain for me to Cancel this contract but nothing happen until now.
