Cancelation of contract

Now that cellc has failed to cancel my contracts when i requested and incorrectly debiting my account, they have decided to list me with itc. After i have pleaded with them and contacted their customer service and writing to them and helo peter that's the payment i received from them. after i have complained numerous times and been promised that my query will be investigated and contacted, only months later i received a letter that i have been listed for +_R162.00 which i don't even know what is the amount for. Worst of ALL they still using my very OLD address that i have called and UPDATED 100 times . You can go ahead and list me 10 times already i don't care, you will NEVER receive ant payment from me. I regret the day opened a contract with you. I've never seen such incompetence in my life
