Cancelation nightmare

I don't even know where to begin because this is not the first time I complained on hello Peter about this matter. The reason I'm here again is because my query was poorly handled and is still not resolved which really frustrates me. It so difficult for them to contact you back and resolve queries. I don't know how many times I've contacted them but they say il be contacted within 2 days. I'm really sick of this poor service because my query dates back to November 2018! I really need my complaints to be taken seriously because its starting to affect my credit profile.
