Cancelation nightmare

Cancellation of a contract has never been this stressful. End of the story is they loaded benefits, so you gonna pay. Even if you only had the benefits for all of 2 days and still pay end of the month for it. They cancel the function of your line, but bill you regardless. I'll never not pay for something I have, but to use a months minutes, and data in 2 days is a joke. I was told by them to cancel on the 1st or 2nd. With them it seems there is no right or wrong date, just a fact that you'll pay and extra month for nothing
