Cancelation

I would like to lodge a complaint with regards to the Cell C contract in my name, see details below:

I initially app**** for a month on month data contract back in 2021, which was subsequently converted to fixed contract without my consent.

I have since made several requests for cancellation with no success, till to date my account is being debited regardless!

I lost my initial simcard, and i visited the branch for a new simcard, that also was attempts to vain, Can i please get assisted on this matter please.
