Cancelation

Good day I'm a very unhappy man right now

I took out a router deal back in 2017 which ended in 2019 so the device was paid of and I only received my normal benifits

I then got offered a new deal from cell c wher I got 15 gig day and night

Back in 2021 this offer or promotion ended, I then renewed or should I say upgrade to 50 gig day and night, so as long as I can remember this was only a sim deals after the original contract ended in 2019 so I've Been told I can cancel this at any given time

Last year I then downgraded from 50 gig to 5 gig day and night.. So today I wanted to cancel this sim deal only contract now I've been told to pay a cancelation fee of almost R400 I mean this is ******* I mean a sim deal only a sim card that's worth R4 now I must pay to cancel I've been told I can cancel any time as its a sim deal only

So please can any of you assist me
