Cancelation

Hi there,<br> <br> I went into Cell C N1 City today and asked for a settlement on my account as I took out a new contract, I was given the amount to pay, I immediately went to pay this amount and returned to the store with the receipt, by my surprise I was told I will still be billed for another month which just does not make sense as I came to the storeto clear the balance. I left the store and called the contact centre, i was then told that the amount paid was probably not including my December invoice, then why give me a settlement amount to go and pay if im still going to owe you money? This is bad service as you do as you are told then they cone with a different story, I just spent a lot of money to settle my account just ro be told I will still be billed. Cell C I always had a great experiance with you guys thats why I took out a new contract but what you done today will nit be overlooked. I await your feedback
